Planning Submitted – Highfield, Wigan

 

Athtech Designs have recently submitted a planning proposal for our client’s ground floor rear extension on their property in Highfield, Wigan. 

The ground floor layout was a standard semi-detached with a kitchen extension to the side as well as an adjoined garage. Our client’s instruction was to double the size of their existing kitchen extension by extending the width creating a more stylish open plan kitchen with beautiful bi-folding doors that lead out to their back garden. 

Planning has been now been submitted to Wigan Council and we look forward to progressing onto producing building regulations drawings for our client.
