Earlier this year, we provided detailed loft conversion plans for a project in Liverpool.
Before we started work on the drawings, we needed to discuss the client's use of the new attic space, as well as confirming the minimum requirements for the following: head-room height, pitch of the existing roof, location of water tanks and chimneys.
For the most part, lofts can often be converted without the need for a planning application, although loft conversions do require you to abide by building and fire regulations.
If you feel we could be of service in helping you get started on your building project, please get in touch.
